Investate was Co-Founded by Lenon Muma, a driven young leader whose journey began with a dream of securing a football scholarship. When that dream slipped away during his GCSE years, it felt like everything had fallen apart. But rather than give in to disappointment, Lenon turned his setback into fuel. He rebuilt his path from the ground up, dedicating himself to academic excellence and personal growth. During Sixth Form, he earned a place on the prestigious University of Oxford Next Gen Programme, where he deepened his understanding of economics, global policy, and leadership. That same year, he secured a competitive Level 7 Degree Apprenticeship offer, showing that traditional routes are not the only path to success. From this journey, Investate was born - a bold platform committed to empowering the next generation. Today, it supports thousands of young people through mentorship, career insight, and access to real opportunities. Lenon’s story is not just personal; it is a call to action and a reminder that with the right mindset, support, and resilience, anyone can rise and lead.

As a young entrepreneur and the Co-Founder of Investate, it’s truly a privilege to interact with so many driven individuals and guide them in building their corporate portfolios. Looking back to last year, I was struggling with all E’s and was on the verge of dropping out of sixth form. It felt like an uphill battle, but through mentorship, hard work, and the support of those who believed in me, I’ve turned it around. Now I am a property owner and the CEO of 2 other businesses. A transformation that has not only been academic but personal. I’m passionate about helping others overcome their own challenges, just as I did, and showing them that with the right guidance, they too can turn setbacks into comebacks. The Investate Community is more than just a career boost; it’s a chance to build resilience, develop skills, and create opportunities.

Through relentless effort and a redefined mindset, I turned those setbacks into stepping stones, ultimately achieving As, securing predicted grades of AAB, and earning an offer from a Russell Group university.

My passion lies in law, but my love is in social media marketing. It is where creativity meets strategy and where stories can spark real change. Through Investate, I merge both worlds. My journey began in an environment where the odds were heavily stacked against me - socially, economically, and academically. But adversity became my foundation, not my limit. Through resilience, I rose to become a leadership award winner, a top-performing student, and a young man on a mission to become an ambassador in the healthcare industry. I have always had ambition, but I learned early on that ambition alone is not enough. Without the right mindset, potential remains untapped.

My name is Nana Yaw Amoako Asare, but most people know me as Nana. While I’m known for my energetic content on social media, I’m also a young creative with real passion for helping people like me - ambitious, curious, and looking for direction.
As a first-year sixth form student, I know how overwhelming it can be to figure out your next steps, especially when you don’t come from a background filled with connections or clear paths. That’s why the vision behind Lenon and Nana’s Investate Community really spoke to me. It’s about creating space for young people who want more but don’t always know where to start.
I joined the Investate admin team because I believe in what we’re building - a platform that empowers, uplifts and guides the next generation. For me, this isn’t just a side project. It’s a mission to help others grow into who they’re meant to be.

I’m tired of ambassador programs that focus more on stunts and showmanship than on providing real, valuable experiences that prepare members for their future careers. After participating in several ambassador programs myself, I’ve seen firsthand how many of them fall short. They often promise opportunities but fail to deliver on developing the skills needed to succeed in the real world.
That’s why I’m determined to make the Investate Delegate Program different. My goal is simple - to ensure it stands out by offering real value. This means equipping delegates with the transferable skills that top companies seek, and providing the kind of experience that will truly make a difference in their careers.

My name is Elizabeth Adigun, and I specialise in Real Estate. Having had the incredible opportunity to work with some of the UK’s most respected firms such as Savills, Knight Frank, and JLL, these experiences have not only shaped my professional knowledge of the property industry but also helped me grow into a confident and capable young woman who can navigate corporate spaces with assurance. It hasn’t always been that way. I was never deemed as ‘smart’ or seen as someone with clear plans for the future. However, with God’s guidance and the support of numerous networking events, my future now feels far more promising.
Beyond property, I have a deep passion for beauty, fashion, and media, which I express through vlogs and lifestyle content on TikTok. Drawing from all my hobbies and experiences, I’ve developed strong interpersonal and communication skills, while learning the value of building genuine connections. I'm especially passionate about helping the younger generation, particularly those from underrepresented backgrounds, break into professional sectors and gain access to the same doors that were opened for me.
My goal is to be a relatable role model and a bridge for others to see what’s possible. If I could go from attending networking events alone and shy to speaking on panels within the span of a year, I want others to believe in and experience their full potential too.
