Investate

Transparency

Our Impact

Talent is equally distributed. Opportunity is not. Every month, we publish exactly what we’ve done to change that: what we delivered, who we reached, what worked, and what we’re doing next.

Why we publish monthly impact reports

Because we're a CIC, and that means something.

Investate is a Community Interest Company. We exist to benefit the community we serve, not to generate private profit, and an asset lock keeps it that way. Most CICs report once a year. We think the young people, families, partners and supporters who trust us deserve to see our work far more often than that.

Because transparency builds trust.

We ask a lot of people. Students give us their time and ambitions, professionals give us their expertise, and partners give us their support. The least we owe them is a clear, honest account of what that trust is producing.

Because what gets measured gets better.

Reporting monthly holds us accountable. It forces us to look at the numbers, learn from each event and improve what we do. Every report includes what worked, what we learned and what we're changing.

Because we don't inflate.

We report real figures. Where something is an estimate, we say so. Targets are deliberately conservative. A small, intimate session that changes ten students' trajectories is worth reporting honestly, and it doesn't need to be dressed up as something bigger.

Because access shouldn't depend on background, and neither should information.

Parents, teachers, careers advisers and students themselves should be able to see what Investate offers and what it actually achieves before they get involved.
