We started from a simple premise: that opportunity ought to follow merit, not circumstance. In November 2024, two 17- and 18-year-olds turned that premise into an organisation. Today Investate is a movement of more than 11,000 members, built by young people for young people, and focused on one thing: making elite careers a function of ambition and ability, not background.

Driven by the idea that ambition and opportunity ought to meet, and that the gap between them is an engineering problem, not a fact of life. He leads strategy and growth at Investate, connecting students and early-career professionals with the community, tools, and pathways that turn potential into outcomes. By day he is a data analyst at a global hedge fund; he builds systems that scale access without diluting quality so talent is recognised fairly and outcomes compound for members.

Passionate about democratising access to elite careers for underrepresented talent. Nana leads Investate's operations, partnerships, and community programmes so members gain real value from insight days, mentorship, and career resources. She opens high-quality professional development and peer connections to those often overlooked, turning strategy into clear pathways, practical support, and measurable progress over time.
