Our pillars

Three pillars. More ways to grow.

Build a future that combines professional, educational and entrepreneurial ambition. These are three areas of support, not three tracks you have to choose between — and most people use more than one.

  • Institutional
  • Entrepreneurial
01Pillar 01

Corporate

Into the professions, on merit.

Getting into finance, law, consulting or tech is not only about grades. It is about knowing how the application process actually works, who to ask, and what good looks like. We close that gap with people who have already done it.

  • Expert sessions with people working in the industry now
  • Live finance and legal opportunity trackers
  • CV, cover letter, psychometric and assessment-centre guides
  • Apprenticeship and graduate scheme routes

School-leavers, apprentices, students and early-career professionals.

Institutional

Education that works for you, not around you.

Institutional means the formal education system: schools, colleges and universities, and the choices you make inside them. It is not a category of partner organisations. It is the academic side of your ambition, and knowing how to make the system work in your favour.

  • Personal statement and application support
  • Degree apprenticeship versus university, explained honestly
  • Results-day guidance when plans change
  • Study skills and academic confidence sessions

Anyone deciding between sixth form, college, university or an apprenticeship.

Entrepreneurial

Build the thing yourself.

Not everyone wants a graduate scheme, and plenty of people want both. We bring in founders who have built real businesses to talk about what it actually took, including the parts that did not work.

  • Founder masterclasses and in-person expert sessions
  • Pitch practice with real investors in the room
  • Entrepreneurs dinners and peer networks
  • Business-building guides (in development)

Anyone with an idea, a side project, or the instinct to create rather than apply.

How the pillars connect

Nobody is asked to pick one.

The most interesting routes run across two or three pillars at once. Here is what that looks like in practice, drawn from sessions we have actually run.

Institutional + Entrepreneurial

Study at university while building a venture

A degree and a business are not competing plans. Several of our members run both, and the skills compound.

Corporate + Entrepreneurial

Work in finance while developing a business

Andy Evangelou built Plug-In Stations and spoke to our members about investing. Sanchia Miller left corporate law for property. Both routes stayed open.

Corporate + Institutional

Choose an apprenticeship without closing the academic door

Degree apprenticeships combine both. Our sessions cover the trade-offs plainly so the decision is yours and informed.

Start where you are. Add the rest later.

Membership is free and covers all three pillars. You are not locked into anything.
